Sellers Questions

For the person selling a home or property for the first time, the whole process can be just as problematic (or maybe even more so) than was purchasing the property initially.  You have taken a  first key step towards making the experience much simpler and more financially rewarding by finding Rubicon Real Estate Services and delving into this site. With so many realtors available, it can often be difficult to find the right one. While many of them may be qualified, that does not mean that just picking a Fredericksburg, TX real estate broker at random will work for every real estate transaction.

Since there are many expenses that will likely be paid by the seller (chief among these is the sales commission) one of the first questions should be to ask for an estimate of these fees via a Seller's Net Worksheet. This worksheet (standardized by the Texas Association of Realtors) will give the seller an opportunity to find out how much they are likely to net from a transaction at (or near) the suggested listing price.

Make sure I am as  familiar with Fredericksburg's neigborhoods and the surrounding Hill Country as you think I should be.  If I am unfamiliar with Stone Ridge, Heritage Hill Country, Post Oaks Lake or Boot Ranch, how can I sell your listing in that area?  How will I know how to talk to and relate to potential buyers if I don't know what I am selling?

Ask where I will be advertising the your property and what means I have available can be a deciding factor in how quickly the property is sold.

While it may be said that more is better, more advertising where nobody will see it or at least, where no qualified buyers will see it, is not going to be any improvement over a more limited marketing campaign that will direct the advertising to those people who are more likely to buy your property.

With a little bit of planned questioning my skills and ability will be beyond question. While many real estate agents are y well qualified, there are always going to be some who are not. There is good and bad in every field or endeavor. Real estate investment is no different from any other business. For the person selling a home, finding a qualified realtor should be the very first step.
